The dissolvers, for which we hold a utility model certificate, are used in the chemical industry. Various liquid and solid raw materials placed inside are mixed using special mixing blades. Heating and cooling are performed using a jacket or coil on the outer body. The dissolver contains one high-speed turbine-type mixing disc and a low-speed bottom and side scraper. The scraper blades not only ensure that product adhering to the tank’s inner surface is reincorporated into the mixture but also help redirect the product that moves to the edges during high-speed mixing back to the mixing area. The scraper's design is effective in rapidly emptying the tank without leaving any residue. Additionally, this design contributes to excellent heat exchange from the tank surface. With the shear force created by the turbine-type disc, the product is mixed, wetted, and homogeneity is ensured.
Dissolver is a type of industrial mixer that allows solids and liquids to be mixed homogeneously at high speeds. It is used extensively in industries such as paint, chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food. It ensures a standard of quality in production due to its fast and effective dissolving power.
For an efficient mixing process, the physical properties of the raw material to be mixed should be accurately analyzed. The position of the dissolver blade, rotation speed, and the tank's fill level must be carefully adjusted. If these factors are ignored, the mixture will not be homogeneous, and the device may be damaged.
For high-viscosity materials, powerful motors and torque-supported dissolver systems should be preferred. The mixing process should start at low speeds and be gradually increased in a controlled manner to preserve the mixture's structure. Suitable blade and tank design also support this process.
The tank volume, motor power, maximum RPM, blade type, and mixing capacity are determining factors in choosing a dissolver. Additionally, the device's cleanable structure, ease of maintenance, and energy efficiency are also important criteria.
The main factors determining the prices of dissolvers are the device's capacity, motor features, speed control system, and the quality of materials used. Optional parts added for special production needs can also affect the price. Although the investment cost is high, efficient operation provides long-term gains.
